Plain terms for bespoke print. If anything here is unclear, ask before you place the order rather than after.

A quotation covers the specification described in it: the bag, the size, the stock, the handle, the print and the quantity. Changing any of those changes the price.
You are responsible for the content of the artwork you supply, including spelling, telephone numbers and any trade marks. We set that artwork on the die and send a PDF proof; approving the proof confirms it is correct to print.
Nothing goes on press without an approved proof.
Printed colour can vary slightly between runs and between stocks; this is normal in litho and flexo printing. Where exact colour matters, specify a Pantone reference at the quote stage.
An order can be cancelled before the proof is approved. After approval, materials and press time are committed and cancellation may not be possible.
We price the job in front of us rather than selling a package. Artwork can follow later — the quote does not wait for it.
Not sure which bag? Send a photograph of what you are packing and we will come back with the stock, the handle and a size that fits it.
