What we collect, why we have it, and how to get rid of it.
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form - typically a name, a business, an email address, a telephone number and a description of the job - together with any artwork you attach.
The quote form on this site is hosted by Typeform, which processes the submission and passes it to our sales inbox.
To quote your job, to produce it, and to deal with repeat orders. We do not sell enquiry details to anyone.
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.
Email help@custompaperbagsco.com.au and ask. We will remove the enquiry and any artwork held with it, subject to any records we are required to keep.
We price the job in front of us rather than selling a package. Artwork can follow later — the quote does not wait for it.
