Printed bags are made to your artwork and your size, so delivery and returns work differently from off-the-shelf stock.
Bags are flat packed in cartons and delivered anywhere in Australia. Delivery cost and timing are confirmed with your quote rather than estimated here, because both depend on the quantity and the destination.
If an order needs to be split across sites or held for a date, tell us at the enquiry.
Check the delivery against the approved proof when it arrives. If what you received does not match the proof you signed off, contact us with photographs and the order reference and we will put it right.
Because every bag is printed to your own artwork and die, a correctly produced order cannot be returned as unwanted stock.
Report visible damage within a reasonable period of delivery, with photographs of the cartons as they arrived.
We price the job in front of us rather than selling a package. Artwork can follow later — the quote does not wait for it.
